Dr. Murdock got started with horsemanship by volunteering at a therapeutic riding center and continued gaining horse experience through various equestrian sports during college. Veterinary medicine was not her aspiration growing up, but it developed into a passion focused on improving the wellness and performance of her equine companions.
After graduating in 2022, she subsequently trained in Florida, Iowa, and Kentucky, including internships at the University of Florida and Iowa State University.
Dr. Murdock enjoys travel and culture, and when she isn’t working, she likes to read, sketch, and bake./h2>
Her professional interests include large animal internal medicine, emergency care, critical care nutrition, and client education.
